Greg Shenkman

Chief Executive Officer, Director & Cofounder

Greg Shenkman is a cofounder and chief executive officer of Exigen Group. In that capacity, he is the cornerstone of the company's global strategy and business growth. In addition, Greg is a cofounder and board member of Exigen Services, a global IT Service Provider. Greg is also a founding partner of Exigen Capital, L.P., a private equity fund that focuses on investments in the insurance, financial, media, and telecommunications industries.

As a seasoned business executive, visionary and entrepreneurial leader, Greg is a catalyst for the creation of new businesses and business models that deliver transformational change through technology. Prior to launching Exigen, Greg was the chief executive officer and cofounder of Genesys Telecommunication Laboratories,where he successfully closed a gap between call centers and associated computer systems. Under Greg's leadership, and with cofounder Alec Miloslavsky, Genesys went public and, subsequently, was acquired by Alcatel for $1.6 billion in 2000.

Alec Miloslavsky

Chairman of the Board & Cofounder

Alec Miloslavsky is a cofounder and chairman of the board of Exigen Group. In that capacity as Chairman, Alec plays a vital role in Exigen Group's technology strategy, direction, and development. Alec also serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Exigen Services, Ltd., a global application development and outsourcing provider, and the services delivery organization for Exigen Group.

Over a career of 20 years, Alec has worked on technologies as diverse as disk drives, call center technology, battlefield communication systems, imaging technology for intelligence gathering applications, and computer operating systems. At firms like Pixar, Guzik Technical, and SUN Microsystems, he contributed his expertise in equally diverse roles as developer, consultant, and engineering manager. Prior to cofounding Exigen Group, he cofounded Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and served as its chief technical officer since its inception. At Genesys, Alec developed and directed technology strategy across three lines of business and managed all delivery for Genesys' software and services business. He helped build that company's European and Asian Pacific sales organizations and personally led efforts with key accounts in those geographies. With Greg Shenkman, Alec helped lead Genesys through its successful initial public offering and subsequent sale to Alcatel for $1.6 billion in 2000. After the acquisition of Genesys by Alcatel, Alec was responsible for integrating Genesys into the Alcatel organization.

Yuri Shtivelman

Executive Vice Chairman

Yuri Shtivelman is an executive vice chairman of Exigen Group and also serves as a general partner of Exigen Capital. In that capacity, Yuri is an advisor and facilitator for new business spin-off activities within the firm.

Yuri brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in operations and technology management leadership. Most recently, Yuri was chief operating officer and acting chief financial officer of Exigen Group where he led the roll up of 14 strategic investments as well as engineered the transformation of a Mortgage Servicing business in a $1B transaction. As a COO, Yuri ensured Exigen was operating at peak efficiency, providing thought leadership and direction to sales, marketing, finance and delivery organizations within the company. Yuri also led Exigen's Strategic Assessment Group, working with customers to define the optimal value solutions that helped transform Global 2000 businesses. Yuri also led and contributed to Exigen's ventures related activities.

Prior to Exigen, Yuri was the founder and chief executive officer of Mobilae, Inc., a mobility applications company that was acquired by Exigen Group. Before Mobilae, Yuri served as senior vice president of product development for Genesys Telecommunications. Earlier in his career, Yuri was vice president at Nortel Networks where he was responsible for the Meridian 1 Advanced Technology division.

Alex Kreymer

Chief Operating Officer

Alex Kreymer serves as chief operating officer. He is responsible for Exigen's business operations globally, ensuring the execution of the company's strategy and operational excellence. Alex leads Exigen's solutions business and oversees sales and marketing; solution management; corporate and business development; mergers and acquisitions; and delivery activities. Additionally, Alex is responsible for organizing operations and strengthening the relationships between Exigen's affiliate companies.

In more than 25 years at EDS, Alex held a variety of client-facing, operational and service delivery roles in both the public and commercial sectors in multiple industries and geographies. Most recently, he served as the EDS vice president and regional operational director for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Middle East and Africa – a $4 billion business with more than 20,000 employees – where he led an unprecedented operational transformation and service delivery improvement in the region. Prior to this role, Alex was the chief operating officer for a record-breaking $6.9 billion contract, linking more than 350,000 users to one of the largest Intranets in the world. During his career with EDS, Alex held other senior leadership roles in the EMEA and Latin America operations; government; and industry products and solution delivery organizations. In the late 1990's, he was the managing director of a $3 billion 10-year outsourcing contract with the UK Inland Revenue Department.

Gregory Dorman

Chief Technology Officer

Gregory Dorman serves as chief technology officer. In this role, Gregory sets strategic direction for the Company's technology, architecture, and engineering initiatives and leads its technology development and innovation, ensuring execution of Exigen's mission-critical projects. In addition, Gregory works closely with Exigen's sales and business development teams, bringing a technological vision and product-centric approach to the sales process.

Gregory brings more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software product development. Most recently, Gregory was chief software architect and vice president of research labs for Business Objects in Paris, France, where he ran an organization of developers, scientists, and researchers responsible for design and rapid development of innovative product ideas. Prior to Business Objects, Gregory was vice president of engineering for Oracle Corporation in its Server Technology Division. Before that, Gregory served as vice president of engineering and advanced development for Information Builders, a leader in enterprise business intelligence and Web reporting software solutions.

Boris Geller

Vice President, Corporate Development

Boris Geller is a vice president of corporate development. In this role, Boris is responsible for definition and execution of new corporate business, partner development, and merger and acquisition activities.

Boris brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, marketing, R&D, consulting, business, sales and strategic partner development at multi-national companies, including BEA, BMC, Legato and DEC. Prior to Exigen, Boris was at BEA Systems, where he directed marketing and business development functions, and was instrumental in creating and launching two eCommerce divisions: eCommerce Business Solutions and Enterprise Application Integration Solutions. Earlier, while at BMC, Legato, and DEC, Boris defined and executed product, sales, go-to-market, PR, business development and partner strategies across Defense, Financial Services, Telecomm, Healthcare and other markets in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific.

Jeffrey Pease

Vice President, Marketing

Jeffrey Pease is vice president of marketing for Exigen Group. He is responsible for the marketing strategy and execution across Exigen's ecosystem of companies.

Prior to Exigen, Jeffrey was senior director of marketing and director of product strategy at Oracle. He founded and ran Oracle’s Messaging team, which developed a repeatable process to create clear marketing messages and deliverables for any product. Jeffrey brings to Exigen more than 15 years of industry experience, including senior marketing roles at Oracle, Business Objects, Ithena and Bit Software. Jeffrey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University’s College of the Arts and Sciences and an M.B.A from the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Emily Charnes

Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development, ExpertMarkets

Emily Charnes is senior vice president of sales and business development for ExpertMarkets, a new business unit that combines Exigen's expertise in business process technology, with the growing trend in home based workers.

Emily brings over 15 years of sales leadership and business development experience to this role. Previously, she was responsible for building and leading an international sales team across EMEA to promote call center solutions for Alcatel ESD in Paris. Prior to this, as Vice President of EMEA Channels for Genesys Telecommunications Labs, she restructured and managed an extensive partner network, which generated more than 70% of the company's international revenue. Before being transferred to Europe, she held the role of Vice President of Genesys Latin America, where she built the sales organization and partner network for the new region, establishing Genesys as a major competitor in the Latin American contact center market.

Kimberlee Bogen

General Counsel

Kimberlee Bogen serves as general counsel for Exigen Group. In that capacity, she is responsible for the delivery of legal services throughout the company's growing business and its evolving investment and commercial models.

Kimberlee's more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the software and services business and legal counsel to start-up and development stage companies has allowed her to be a highly effective provider of commercial and transactional advice under dynamic economic conditions and a cross-functional driver of projects.

Prior to joining Exigen Group, Kimberlee was the general counsel of a publicly traded software and web applications company based in US and Israel. Prior thereto, Kimberlee founded and was a managing director of Bogen Associates International, a firm that provided legal/business development services to technology and emerging growth companies in the digital media space and assisted foreign companies to establish and build their presence and operations in the United States. Earlier, Kimberlee headed a publicly traded wireless communications company that eventually sold its technology to its Asian partner. She began her legal career in New York at what is now the NY office of Fulbright & Jaworski.

Ulrike Hodges

Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Ulrike Hodges is Exigen's vice president of corporate strategy. Ulrike guides formulation of key market initiatives, from the funding process through the transition to implementation teams. She is responsible for managing strategic relationships with major Exigen partners in a variety of markets. Prior to her current role, Ulrike directed Exigen's web-based Managed Services offerings.

With more than 20 years in high technology, Ulrike has strong expertise in corporate governance, financial systems and government technology policy. Prior to joining Exigen, Ulrike was responsible for product management at Portera Systems, an innovative web application provider specializing in project management and accounting solutions. During her tenure at Portera, Ulrike's product line was launched and grew from start-up status to serving over 100 companies worldwide.

Tanya Veshnyakova

Director Human Resources

Tanya serves as the director of human resources. In this position, she is responsible for the human resources practices and policies of the company worldwide.

Bringing more than eight years of experience as one of Exigen's original employees, Tanya played a significant role in managing the company's rapid growth. Tanya participated in organizational integration of the company's mergers and acquisitions as well as the organizational and policy development for Exigen's emerging new businesses. Prior to joining Exigen, Tanya worked for Irell and Manella, a Los Angeles based law firm.
